Only few people actually use pike as anticav

Pikes are support weapons, being anti-cav is being a support. Everyone uses it for that purpose then. The only reason you think otherwise is because many cav see that big ass pike and say "well, i'm not getting anywhere near that guy!" So the pikeman ends up using it more on infantry then on horses. No point in waiting for something that isn't going to come.
