Im confused by this Wojtek, if anything I'd say that the Valor system DOES reward the people that top the scoreboard rather than the people who are unable to do so - since it seems the general equation is to do double the average score gain of your team for a given round = receive Valor for that round.
I have had x5 for at least 40 minutes just now on siege, and I've witnessed couple of others have it even longer.Also noticed whole clans migrate from battle to siege just because its so easy to top scoreboard in siege.I am not sure that this is best feature for siege at least.
I have seen very, very few ranged getting valor lately however.
A lot of people in the NA community know that Dach rages and in the process of his uncontrollable rage, he tends to kick people.

If your going to be staring at your characters ass in game all day it might as well be a female one.
From what i remember reading from nord_shazbot in game :The average score is calculated. (i think it's one for both team) If your score is above the double of this average, then you get valor.Something like that.
So the new response to ranged ragers is not "get a shield", it is "learn to chamber ranged nub!"
what if the score average is negative... then all the worst people would get valor!!!!strange
This game isn't about being skillful as much as its about saying things in general chat that enrage people who then go to murder you but in their rage they make dumb mistakes which gets them killed.

I think removing the point for proximity should be a good start. The first c-rpg xp system was removed because of that, don't know why chadz added it back again...
Well I roleplayed gay for long time to get Asca attention as harmless one but it didnt help. I only attracted Tueten, Cicero and Grey Order...
