UIF (Domintes EU lands and launched some raids vs NA for shits and giggles)

UIF for sure...95% of EU lands is controlled by them, and they have no real threats to that dynamic.  It's been that way since early on, even when they had enemies, they were never really threatened because they had way more people pumping out goods and troops. 

I would have liked to see two separate maps, EU and NA.  When UIF takes over all of their EU territory I want to see what will happen.  Will they just stop playing the game?
