Little problem since newest patch.

At fifteen, I had the will to  learn ; at thirty, I could stand ; at forty, I had no  doubts ; at fifty, I understood the heavenly Bidding ;  at sixty, my ears were opened ; at seventy, I could  do as my heart lusted without trespassing from the  square. for me unless I find fix, I can't play with this frickin slideshow, takes all fun away   

I have the same problem since the new patch! Rly annoying. im down to 51-61 fps and have these small laggs every 3seconds....

i remember a failed mirror wse stuff popping up while updating. reinstalling now hop this works

Same problem for me, even if I reinstall, reboot, relaunch the game, I have like 56 Ping on EU servers and the game is unplayable, there is like 10-15 FPS
One day it did this, I alt tabbed, returned to the game and got the problem fixed, but now here it is again..
It does not do that on any other game ( wich are even more graphic card consuming :p ) and it is random ( sometimes the game runs fine for some reason ) I tried to change graphics, resolution, switch V Sync on and off and everything, if anyone has an idea, please let me know.

EDIT : I also tried to close every useless tasks, and my CG/GPU/RAM are not overheating and are not running at 100% or full power
