it is a lie, he is lvl 35 if im right , he has 30/15 build thats sure , and he has atleast 3 ath how i remember.
You are wrong.
Reaching lvl35 without playing is a bit hard.
Aslo my build is allways shown in my signature.
If you want to know how much ath increases the movement speed.
Each agility point increases the movment speed by ~0.6%. (this is the base movement speed)
Athlethics increases the base movement speed by ~2.2% per point.
