Guess that is a lie. Unless high level players get one loompoint for each 9 mil experience or some other fair reward.
If not the player base will surely shrink.

Well, I'm pretty sure they don't want a smaller player base.
It's not like there would be an increase in new players if they did, only a decrease of old players.

Hard to tell what wipe means though. Could mean a free respec for everyone.
