I was doing pretty mediocre until we got that ladder going across to where they were at. Then I ran a them with a katana jumped down and spammed my way to victory

Yea the ladders were treacherous, the smart defenders took out the good ones quickly. Also we had to destroy some of the shitty ladders once we hit the ladder cap.

As a volunteer admin I clearly have no life and live only to eradicate all fun and enjoyment from the game. Your tears of rage are all the payment I need.

Haha I am looking to trade it but it's not a peasant loom but a weapon of destruction, oh yeah BUFF TORCH!!

That's the one thing I want to happen in strat is for me to lead an army into battle and have them look like a bunch of Spaniard clones bahaha

You wasted 3 looms...I only have 3 fully loomed items...you had way too much time on your hands.

Warband, no, c-rpg yes.

Still no excuse for wasting 3 looms, that's 1.5 million gold you could have.  Or a +3 of an item that you might actually get some use out of.

How is using terrible equipment, "fun"?

At least the sumpter is a cheap horse, there's literally no point to the torch unless they started making it get pitch black at night.  Or unless you could start wooden structures on fire (which would be awesome for strat).

I don't play this game for the pixel crack, or for the gold (I lose money on my horse), I play for fun as well. Being competitive is just part of the "fun" equation.

Or maybe he plays the game for fun, retires to check out new builds for fun, and just ends up with extra looms that way?

I got a +1 torch myself. Loomed it because I didn't really need anything and I wanted to try other classes.
This game isn't about being skillful as much as its about saying things in general chat that enrage people who then go to murder you but in their rage they make dumb mistakes which gets them killed.

It makes it harder to kill other players, thus making the game more challenging so when he finally gets a torch kill, he can feel satisfied.
