Solution is simple: clan servers should not be connected to database.

That doesn't make sense... The clan servers which are connected to database are all public. None of them is allowed to be passworded, therefore official game admins mostly also have the admin pw for those servers and clans do not do a training on those servers....

If you want to leech, just get on a regular server and die fast. That's what everyone else does. Its especially noticable with cav that just run right into the enemy after spawn and get swarmed. Then do it again and again.
