Neon colors are prohibited. Feel free to make a realistic penis banner though. You might have problems fitting a regular sized one in without stretching it too much though.

I paid 100k for banner and 160k for someone to make banner properly sized/format etc etc and then it got removed. 260k down the drain for anti-freedom. Sad day.

Honestly I liked the old player run version better. If people didn't like those banners they played w/o the pack. If they did they played with it. With this it is just a hissey bitch fit. I payed for a banner and there was no rules at the time. I find it seriously unfair that all my money went down the drain when there was no rules. All I ask is atleast refund my money!
