The pike stabs are limited to <90^o from the time of release.

Well yes, with this patch. I wouldent recommend goin duel with a pike/long spear. But it is possible with those kind of weapons, but a little harder now .

Well im using a War spear, and i think it should be ok in duel but now it has neither polestun or spinthrust. It is a sad day to be a hoplite :'(
