To answer a majority of your questions:

We felt like LL was in a desperate need of a change. We had many inactive members, and there were really only 2 or 3 active members left in LL that play CRPG on a regular basis. In changing the name of a clan would hopefully give us a new clean slate that we need to recruit and grow again as a clan. With all that being said, we are looking for new recruits and would happily look at all applications.

Generally, the reputation follows the individuals and more importantly the leaders. I'd expect more of the same while under the same leadership.

I agree. I understand many people in the community think the younger members of our clan are generally more immature - although that is to be expected, during the reformation of this clan we will enforce stricter rules to members of the clan 'trolling' in game and on forum. Members from the past that have been picked out for excessive 'trolling' have now been removed from our memberlist. Our refined memberlist will hopefully have less of a negative impact on the Crpg community.

Regarding other minor faults that have led to our negative reputation, we as a clan apologize for any unintentional disruption. However, we do feel like we deserve a chance because as our former clan - Lost Legion, we are one of the clan's that have been around the longest and respectively will end up building some good and bad reputation in the long run.

Of course, the member makes the clan the clan doesn't make the member.  We are trying to fix member problems such as these using a more direct method.
