The original idea of it was actually to prevent people from playing naked when they needed cash.

Okay we need to distinguish damn leechers and others. For Example I am running around with my heavy gear. I don't mind the costs, but I have 33 crafting skill on armour etc. and I want to try out our new epic looking stuff that has just been added, therefore I might get useless chadztext that will spoil my previous crafting skill and then I would prefer not to get it anyway.

BTW... leeching is forbidden so admins will take care about leechers isn't it like that? Also by cheaper gear I don't mean peasant gear.

Now that there's Eu5, you can get to level 21 without fearing this chadz text.
So no more lvl 2 chadz text with peasant outfits, where you couldn't do anything.

You can then hop to battle/siege/rageball with a pretty decent outfit, depending on what you want to craft, what you want to use. I think that with the appearance of eu5, there's no more problem with the chadz text.

It's just luck anyway, so choose your way :
-be a real craftsman, and carry from lv21 to 31 the same equipment, every time, every map.
-don't give a shit, and do whatever you want


Also, if you want to change playstyle, and don't want to ruin your crafting skills, that's where alts are usefull.
