I like this thread. I just watched Dieler's video and the thing that surprised me the most was how he blocked like 3 times and got about 6 kills.

Him and Chase are very good at judging when they don't even need to block because they have their stab already chambered. Chambered polearm stab is pretty quick, and they've got the length to judge when they outrange someone

Well ROHYPNOL is one of the more skilled NA, but I wasn't very impressed. Then again, not everyone's roundd are MVP material, so I can't say for sure.

H is the best NA HX, very good at cav one of the best their too. But melee, eh I'd say above average.

Well no surprise, as cav is an easier class.

What other reasons are there for being average melee while ripping shit with cav? Skill is the same as skill, right? And he even picked 2h, the easiest melee class if you know how to block and play the ranges.

Many cav players suck on foot. And I guess it can be the other way around, many infantry players suck on cav. But from my own experience, I was a lot more deadly(but volatile) as cav. The greatest and all-encompassing boon as cav is mobility, and a lot of mobility.

Dedicated cav players are of course often a lot better than someone trying an STF, but 2h melee is almost as easy as cav, in some aspects.

I'm 2h/Xbow agi, I am much better 1h/xbow agi but I have more fun with my mw Morningstar than I do with my plain 1h. IMO blocking is easier with 1h.. Also I think his build is like 30/9 so hard.
