Heavy Lances can be thrust as normal, it is the Great Lance you might be thinking of that is couch only.

I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.

The jousting lance and heavy lance can only be used to couch. All others can thrust, even on foot.

Kinda want to make a STF practice lance 33 Strength footman. It's like a longer quarterstaff!!

Just a last question, is the Heavy Lance worth it if it isn't sheathable? I've been trying to decide between it and the Double Sided Lance for that reason.
