It says on the wiki that there is only a 4% chance every minute for something to be repaired. That is such bullshit. Every round I have to repair at least 2 things. I am making no money even with x5 on. I am not even wearing expensive shit. Everything is 23k together. WTF. FUCK YOU REPAIRS.

I guess it's just coincidence, but with the re-spec thing being broken at the moment I wonder if there's something else code wise gone awry behind the scenes? People were complaining about getting full set repairs a whole lot in EU1 today, and I got them about 5 rounds in a row which is really quite unlucky or odd.

Anything actually wrong with repairs atm or just an unlucky day for everyone?

Repair costs must be considered in the long run. Sometimes it's awful and you pay for everything, and sometimes is ok. Today I played two maps (EU1) and I earned 2k. If you lose 25k in a week, and did not get back in the next, it means that you have an expensive equipment. My eq = 40.825 & 2.855 max upkeep and in the long run I'm on a low plus. Chill out, just play.

I made 250k in one gen with at least 30k gear cost. Yes, I had 8 MW that gen, but upkeep is still too low, it needs a buff.

I lose about 400k gold every gen with plate and flamberge. If i have x5 for a couple of hours i neither gain any gold nor loooose.

Sounds about right, a gen gives 435K (less with gen mods) and your gear at that 30K+ish should use roughly 60% of that, and it roughly did.

Sounds fine to me, as 30K (or a wee bit more) won't give you super great gear and should be the "baseline" and honestly making 250K during a whole gen at 70+ish hours seems like an appropriate reward given how fast you can burn through that if you buy anything or start using expensive gear with average multis(50K+ consistently).

I was gen 13 (fairly high XP bonus = less gold), and it was one of my shortest gen ever. I just think its stupid that I could make of the gold Vicent uses on his plate shit. There is too much gold in the game and too many plated horses, heavy armours and sort.

Mhh, somehow it feels like repairs really kick in more often since a few days now. Losing more cash than usual. Not a problem, but still somewhat noticeable.

And with the developers always sneaking stuff in, it wouldn't surprise me if the break chance % was upped to go along with the market tax and the whole idea of draining gold out of the system.
