I guess you can pre-purchase before it is released. But it doesn't really matter now, since there's no more beta weekends, you might as well wait for release.

I think you can grab it any time aslong as it is before the 3 day headstart and you'll be a "pre purchaser".

I hope, we got a small issue with the server selection because we got our allied clans, 4 of them in Gandara, and they got their stuff in Desolation, so I messaged TheThingy, I hope we can get together. There, however is a new forums instead of the old one, please register there instead.

Yeah, our ally pals were at Gandara, ended up that way. All previous servers were just for the beta
