Not misinterpreted, misstated maybe. From what it says there, I don't see how else to understand it than the game being SP only more likely than not. The question may have been about those features you mention, but the answer is about "a multiplayer, competitive or cooperative" -- that means any kind of multiplayer at all, not just cRPG/Strat style.
Was the Q&A originally done in English, or translated from Turkish? If it's the latter, any chance there might have been an error?
That totally depends on what they do with SP though. If it's just this version of M&B but with shinier graphics then I'm not buying. But if they seriously improve the SP (destructible objects, better troop/recruit managedment, etc.) then I'll still buy it no matter what.
Like I said, it'd have to be leaps and bounds better than Warband SP to draw me in. "Destructible objects, better troop/recruit management" would be even less change than Warband SP was from M&B. The campaign was always fun, but I've had my fill of it and I CBA playing it again unless it changes considerably more than that. With Warband MP justified the buy, but if Bannerlord drops THAT... well, they're going to need some SERIOUS new stuff on the SP side.
