Hey just had to re-install warband as of steam problems and when i click on the link to download the banner pack (version 3.1) its not working any ideas why ?

Requirements for a Submission:
1. Clan Name and link to thread. - Gardarika (tag Gardarika_), its our crpg part of Native RS clan http://www.rsgames.ru/
2. Banner, sized 133x339 pixels. - http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/64/myvariantgardarika.jpg/
3. Slot Number. - i dont know, i know that we need this banner instead of this default one http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/857/12345u.jpg/
4. Clan must have at least 4 members. We have 15+
5. Clan must be active. Yes
6. Meets my aesthetic approval, Leiknir's, or Gorath's.
7. No blatant lettering. Yes Oo

Are there any rules against a new clan using an established clans banner?  There seem to be some new players from Europe or asia (all are 130+ pings) playing on NA servers that have been using our banner.  Doesnt help that they are terrible and also somewhat of asshats

I think the rule is that you can TK them so much that they never return
