I'd like to know why I'm banned

Honestly rather than making a case for you to be unbanned, your making a case to keep yourself banned.  This is coming from an objective 3rd party view here man, stop digging yourself into a hole just own up and put it past you.

It doesn't sound good because I'm bringing up things which are problems already does it? The banning system, poll abuse, Admin having bias among many other problems.

Because Mr.Spanish, before he was an admin did not like me. Now he's an admin, add those factors up for his reasons to easily ban me.

If 3 people are having a conversation and theres a dispute between the 3 thats fine it happens. That wasn't the reason for the ban that's just stuff he's adding in because banning me soley for 1 accidental teamkill doesn't make much sense. Cause the arguing went back and forth, me him and the cecil turd guy.

He also said he made a mistake on the ban time. But hasn't fixed it? lol
I've already lost time here and even if it was to get reversed and my ban lifted, so what? how does this make up for my loss time?

Pay me the gold I would have made, give me the xp.  Or  ban hims for 3 days. I think that's fair.

Accidental? If it was accidental you could have used I chat to apologize and told me so, or you could of stayed instead of immediately leaving the server. You lied about your most recent tk saying it was months ago and when you reference the guy you insulted and bashed in game it's by calling him a turd. No baron, in my time as an admin I've rarely had to ban people, with you I think I'm up to 4 or 5 total. I don't like banning people because we should be able to play a game of rage ball without griefing and intentional team killing both of which you did. My opinion has nothing to do with the ban that you earned so go down vote on my admin the thread and make post about why you believe I shouldn't be an admin. You're ban was deserved and i stand by it, and as for the game time you've lost well maybe you should have spent that time reflecting on why you were banned instead of lying about the entire thing

This entire issue can be solved with the logs.  I'm not very familiar with the log system, or precisely when the disagreement happened, so Span or somebody will have to find them.

A few things to note before you dig yourself deeper:
- You were only 'robbed' if Span acted unjustly, something which has not yet been demonstrated (logs forthcoming)
- Span allegedly made a mistake with the ban time which seems to have been corrected.  As of your last post you can play on the servers.  Your comment here comes off as a lie to me and so does not reflect well on your case.
- accidental bans are a consequence of having human admins.  If you're found to have been unjustly banned then all we can do is apologize.  You do not deserve compensation for a foreseeable consequence of playing online games with other people
- what you think is fair is irrelevant to administrative standards.  We have a code and we follow it.  If Span is acting unjustly and is found out then he will be punished.  You are not in a position to make demands, especially since you haven't justified your claims yet

My last teamkill was months ago.

I didn't lie about anything, It was one teamkill that I was banned for, and it was you.

The logs will only show the teamkill of spanish, which cannot be proved that is was on purpose. Because it wasn't.

All the coversation before went back and forth between spanish Cecil and I. If you'd want to be strict with the rules we all could deserve a ban, which I already served. Because me and cecil were going back and forth with Spanish joining in,  as an admin he let it go on and on. He didn't mind. I used insults at cecil and he continued to troll me by correcting my "game language" As in "U" "r" "y" etc. Just trying to annoy me. That's about it.

And I cannot go into games yet, my ban is not lifted or shortened

You kept it going and if you were truly being trolled you should of dropped and told me in I chat that he's abusing me and he would of been the one muted. You certainly can joke about anything you care to, but since this is a private server we reserve the right to prevent you from playing at any moment if your conduct becomes disruptive to the server.

MY FINDINGS:

 Hate speech and intentional continual harassment of a single player for over an HOUR (in this case cedrick) violates the rules of the server and you were warned to keep it civil.  You decidedly did not keep it "civil" and received a mute.  Instead of acting like an adult you had a temper tantrum and TKed the admin who issued the mute and then left the server in a rage.  Had this been me, you would of been banned for 3-7 days.  I left the ban active until i checked the logs, and I'll let Spanish decide if i should remove it.  As for Spanish's bias against you?  That's entirely ridiculous, if he was biased he would not have let that behavior continue near as long as he did.

I was banned for "Teamkilling" Now it's turned into something else, so it doesn't matter.

Complete bullshit. I was banned since the 8th at 12.18 am Until the 10th at 12.18am for one teamkill that was an accident.

So pretty sure I won't be starting to play at 12.18 today. Who starts playing games at 12.18 in the morning? So that's another day gone

The whole dialog was used as a reason to jusify the ban. BUT that wasn't the initial reason for the ban. I call BS!!!!!

This isn't a question of semantics.  It's clearly inappropriate language worthy of a warning.  Spaniard warned you, and you disregarded the warning.

This forum doesn't work on criminal law standards.  On the balance of probabilities, between the word of a trusted admin and a dialogue which fully supports his interpretation of events, and the word of a player who's first move in this was to claim Spaniard is incompetent, it seems like a reasonable conclusion to think you deliberately teamwounded after already disregarding a warning.  It's not just consistent with your in-game chat but coherent with your comments and attitude more generally.

'Interest' doesn't mean squat.  The relevant facts to your ban are: (1) did you do something inappropriate? (yes) (2) did you disregard an admin's warning? (yes) (3) did you deliberately teamkill? (probably).  Whether Cedrick deserves any penalties is an entirely different set of questions.  If you'd like to allege that he does make a thread about it and actually argue your case.  Piecemeal comments and allegations is part of why this thread has continued so far as it has.

Other players being irritating is no reason to deliberately make a hostile environment.  You have no justification for your actions.  Spaniard acted on what he saw and his belief was clearly reasonable.  Whether or not this is just a case of misunderstanding cannot be proven.  What is certain is that you acted wrongly here. 

I suggest you take Dexxtaa's advice.  I see no room for further informative discussion.

All the reasons for my ban were gathered up after the fact.

It said Teamkill as the reason. So I don't really care, you basially said a "Admin" is 10x more trustworthy then a player. His or her word means more.

So the team kill is possible of course but no proof other then the Admins word vs mine.

It still does not warrent a ban of that length. I'll just play native for now and older games so I don't have to deal with pansy admins trying to protect the fanasty game rights of online players. gotta make the majority of pussies happy so we don't lose players..... Bitches

Just a tip here booty but if you're looking for a unban try being a bit more polite and not so aggressive. It goes a long way.
