Howcome you don't get the comic?! =OOO It's how the sauna is supposed to be, and how it is.
1st you go to sauna, which will be around 80celcius-100celcius.
2nd we take "vihta" and massage each other, some ppl don't think it's massaging but it really is. It might look like we're hitting each other with vihta until we start to bleed but it's actually massaging.
3rd we go and cool down. There're three ways to do it: 1st (the best method) go and roll in snow, 2nd (second best, and this is used during summer) go to balcony or terrace or just outside to cooldown, 3rd (you'll do this only if there's absolutely noway you can do those other two) you basicly go and take a shower but the water has to be as cold as it can be.
4th you go back to sauna.
And repeat this multiple times, like this: first around 15mins in sauna then do the rotation and then again around 10mins in sauna and the rotation.
Some foreigners don't like this method for some odd reason =(
