Throwing offers up, sorry for the ridiculous amount of money it is required but it's for placing stuff on the market and the dumb tax...

also a change of policy:

Also to be honest it doesn't matter if a lottery is big or small. Small = more chances to win for players but Big is obviously bigger rewards.
