I've had the Greatsword for some generations, then the Sword of War for many generations, but I've lately traded it in for a Greatsword again. It's very good and it has the best looks of all the 2h swords IMO.

Well it realy depends on my build.If i'm going 15/27 i prefer german or greatsword , but with 39/3 i prefer sword of war , highland claymore 21/18 danish.

GS and Danish are my personal favourites, Danish for reach and damage and GS for a notable fluidness in its feints and swings in comparison to the Danish and German, the abovementioned 'feeling' of speed.

Danish has the best model, though, in my opinion, community-made and higher quality texture.

I put in some work from time to time when I'm using my bastard sword +3, when I'm not flailing around a flameberge that is.

Be creative and loom a more uncommon 2h , if you don't like it you can always trade it for one of the less creative ones and earn on it aswel:D

German Great Sword, but i do recommend trying one of the smaller swords as well, (Longsword/Heavy Bastard Sword)
