Due to their past of soldiers of fortune, "Strangers" have no prejustice towards lower classes, or those less lucky then themselves, remembering all too well, that if not determination and a bit of luck, they themselves would 've been dead - or broken.
Are a faction of (reasonably) independant, proud and (hopefully) smart people, able and willing set a boundaries for the first two menitioned qualities in order to better adapt to everchanging surroundings as a single body, a rather small - but uninted faction, undertsanding that such move will not violate their liberties, but will, instead, give the faction - and each one of it's members better opportunity at realising one's potential.
Faction members are expected to show (adequate) respect towards other players, obey battle - and campaign commanders, fight under banner of raven and sun, and last - but not the least - enjoy the game.
Members are not required to wear any kind of uniform, or put "STR" in their names - on the contrary - the garment, tools of trade, title and overall style - are for each the member to choose him/herself, as freedom of self-expression is wholeheartedly encouraged.
Our structure is very simple - we follow principle: "Everyone is equal - but some more so, than others", resulting in only three types of faction member - chosen councillors, normal members - and laymen, who are still on a trial membership. There are, also, two unofficial positions - battle commander, who takes responsibility - and fame - or infamy for the battle, and is chosen, usually some time before the battle, and there is a Campaign commander - councilman, responsible for strategic well being of the faction - position is currently being held by Han_Hanich.
Our general (and rather vague) objectives include, but are not limited to securing our very own place in Calradia, enjoying the game in a friendly and well-fitting each other organized group of players, and making a stand againg all and any kind of tyranny in the world of Strategus.
For those, interested in joining - first of all, it would require reсomendation of one - or more faction members, in order to be concidered a trial member, for period of one to seven days, untill one either is absorbed into the faction as a full and trustworthy member, willing and able to participate in making decidions regarding faction - or more global, or, if experience of cooperative playing was found uncomfortable by any side - the trial member leaves the faction, hopefully keeping good relations with members nevertheless. Final decision is made within faction, usually in TS, via general acceptance - or rejection of candidate.
At the end of the First Age, before the plague and 200 day long night, we held eleven fiefs; Halfway between Tihr and Reyvadin, lied village Vayejeg and settlement Mechin, next to the Knudarr castle, across the river, to the south.
Far to the west, passing Chide, stood grand city of Uxkhal, crowned with diadem of Yaragar, Pagundur, Serinidar and Nomar villages. And even further south, rested Emer.
Today is a time of reconquest.
