I don't think either choice is a better choice. I think it just depends on the player's preference. For example, I don't really like team play and being tied down to something. I've also had the same name since the start of cRPG, so I never really liked the idea of changing it. The only clan I was in was Beatrix's DVAS clan with Canary because it didn't require a clan tag. Then there was my clan, but I didn't change tags for it and definitely did not like being part of it either. Many people do enjoy team play and going on TeamSpeak and getting to know other people, which would be a reason for joining a clan. I think you should remain clanless if you like being more independent as I do.

Clan members' actions affect your reputation also, which could turn out badly. Then again, they could help you out. Joining clans that actually stick to a theme is pretty cool in my opinion. Joining a clan could also help new players out, and it could allow them to learn more and get better at the mod. There are positives and negatives for each side, and I don't think either is better than the other.

Well, I'll tell you honestly why someone should consider joining KUTT.

1. We are one of the "Newer Kids" on the block, and we hold a decent reputation.
2. We haven't filled our roster with trolls or players that don't represent the clan well.
3. We are adults only, either 18+ or a High Maturity level is required (Youngest player is 17)
4. Teamwork is our Greatest Tactic, we are constantly looking for ways to further our teamwork tactics and develop new strategies.
5. We plan to be very aggressive in Strategus when the time comes that our armies are there.
6. We respect other clans and their decisions, and we have a strict "Block Down, Shut Up." policy for our new-recruits.
7. We have about 18 members, all of which are active and thoroughly enjoy playing cRPG.
8. Warband is the only game we play as a clan, so our attention isn't spread across multiple games.
9. KUTT itself has been around in various games for 6 years, but has recently full-fledged put its attention on cRPG.
10. We pride ourselves on our Pikemen skills, and build our tactics to involve the use of Pikes.
11. We share Loomed items amongst our clanmates, our Loom-Library has about 28 MW Items constantly being exchanged for everyone to try out.
12. In public matches, we lend help to beginners, and try to mediate on problems that arise in-game while still respecting the bounds of the issue.
13. You will be hard-pressed to find any other group of guys out there that share a comradery like we do.
14. Once you are in KUTT, you are a brother, or sister, and we will always have your back.
15. Did I mention we're highly active, despite only have 15-18 active members?


I invite you to at least hang out with us in ventrilo sometime, don't let my words be the only thing that drives you to judge our clan, let you see for yourself how we separate ourselves from the pack.

Hospitaller:

We have shit tons of players on... all the time. It even feels like hosbergler prime time at 11am on a tuesday. And during actual prime times we often make up 50% or more of the team. Its alot more fun if you have alot of clan mates on playing together, the more the merrier. I had looked into other clans before hosp and it was boring being the only one of them on unless it was 8-11pm, but that doesn't happen with hosp.

I dont always go in TS, but when i do, its usually pretty funny. Supers drunk rantings, Thugs raging over getting killed fair and square, Peppos music and hard to believe stories.

Don't forget pub night, the practices that are meant to happen, but never do and Strat battles that seem to always either go our way or go very very wrong.

Also, Hospburgler hut, now selling King Itchy's special cheesefries for $5 a pound.
