Advice on Archer/Sword/Shield build?

I have just bought a war bow and cant use it as my PD is only at 5.I have points to use but it wont let me put power draw up to 6?Do i need a certain amount of strength or something to unlock pd 6?

yep, PD is controlled by strength and can not go beyond 1/3 of your current strength. So you need at least 18 str, better 21, so you can have PD 7 (bow requirement  + 1)

All I get from that link is a page with beta all over the place, can not register either.

You have to play on the EU server 4, it automatically records.
You can select your char on the dropdown list then and see his stats.

use shield to take out good archers, use bow to shoot at 2h and polearms

works pretty good but just weaker version of 2h and weaker version of archer
