After reading the posts I am locking this thread down.
All parties involved may send me a private message to further discuss this matter if they wish. As far as I'm concerned though, Crazy you tked BADPLAYER for...being a bad player. If you had contacted an admin rather than taken matters into your own hands, things probably would have gone down differently. Let it be known that I'm not a big fan of his either, but he followed proper procedure, and I do trust Smoothrich.
Crazyi, you were caught and admitted to intentional tking, so you should remain banned for a stretch of time not yet determined.
BADPLAYER, this does not mean you were 100% innocent...please watch the bumps, and keep your gaming civil. We don't technically need an excuse to remove a players from a private server. However that is not something I want to start doing...you're welcome to play as long as you follow the rules, and don't instigate problems.
