There was no concrete proof, he posted two random images and when asked to provide date so the logs could be checked, he ignored it and kept flaming.

Scotsman should have been banned long ago, both in-game and on forums.
Basically, it goes like this:

1) Scotsman TKS someone intentionally or does something against the rules
2) Scotsman gets banned for it
3) Scotsman complains/rages/lies on the forum about the "unjust" ban
4) Scotsman is unbanned after a while, back to step 1

He had more chances than anyone else - if he's unable to learn to behave by the rules, he is not welcome here.

If he had the dates, why was he not bothered to post them in the first place? He glued together two images, and when lilith asked to provide date of the screenshots, he actually quoted her and just trolled her, absolutely ignoring her. He was trying to decieve the community into thinking that he was a victim of bad admining by falsificating the proves. What did he expect?

I'm not his biggest fan, he's tk'd me and i got him banned before, but, if he makes a case and is in the process of gathering evidence bla bla bla, it should be properly handled not just shot down, which is how it looks to us.
