Enforcing his own brand of justice...I'm not going to say he's doing a bad job, but do we really need a Crpg Punisher going around banning people for not participating in a 5 v 1 situation?

First off it wasn't a ban but merely a kick and secondly you were not helping your team at all with that fight! I had already warned you once and this isn't duel server so participating in mob fights is required of you. Players are supposed to murder the opposing team not give them duels and be peaceful. I understand the roleplay but you need to follow the rules and I will continue forcing this on you the same way partyboy had to stop being a pacifist as well.

IMO...I think it's fine if it's 5v1 for the 4 people to let their teammate duel the last remaining guy (I don't like it, I think you should gang up on them, but I think it should be allowed).  But getting in the way of your teammates ability to hit the enemy is griefing.  Get away from the battle.  I don't engage every enemy I see, and I don't consider myself one to bro-code. 

It's certainly a fine line, but at the end of the day, it's pretty obvious if someone is bro-coding or not.  Play the game and you won't ever have to worry about if you're bro-coding or not.

From siege it does look like this is the reason you were banned, and Spanish provided the reason in game.

son of a bitch enabled map poll at 4:00pm CST (-6 gmt) on a perfectly legit map.  of course people polled arena and it won the vote.  A poll should never be allowed unless there's something horribly wrong with the map, and that really is only when it's a random map.  This was a regular map in the rotation, I don't agree with ever opening up map polls unless it's really necessary (this certainly wasn't, rounds were finishing within 2-3 mins of starting).
