We might offer buying some, that's all and this place is temporary solution for us. If I was hungry for NA lands I wouldn't leave Reyvadin area (especially Tilbaut castle) to Chaos nor I'd be bothered to talk to Smootrich about how we don't wanna cause problem for anyone in the area.
