Main Character issues - Request

Hey,
I joined the c-RPG mod a while back and with being a newbie, i made a STF character and made it my main character.
More recently i have become involved in the mod and have after countless hours of levelling nearly reached the point to heirloom my character.

After reading other posts i have recently discovered that you cannot make a character your main if it was made before you deleted your previous main.
I am aware that this precaution is here to stop exploitation of the marketplace, but would really like it if my character "Baron_Von_Shaith" could be made my main character.
This would be much appreciated as i have got really excited about heirlooming my character after all the effort i put into levelling him up.
I don't know how much work would be required to change that character to my main and if it is too much work i appreciate that.

Where can i found the role reset?

It's nothing players can do, we as admins have the option to do it.

Since you only have one gen 2 character and no main right now i reset the role on the gen2.
You can now make that main.
It will be forever your main character until you deleted it, create a new character and make that your main.

i deletet my main and wanted to make Tronka my main i understand that i get 31 get sec gen and then he get my main right?

No, it's not an automatic process.

Also there is basically no reason to delete your gen1 main if he is at the same level than your alt as you can just respec and change the build and also do full renames after retiring.

Characters that exist while you have another main will be tagged as alts and can not become your main character ever.

I will reset the role on Tronka now so you can set it your main, be aware that this will be the only time we do this for you.
If you ever want to change your main, you will have to delete Tronka and start a new character AFTER you deleted it.
Characters you create while Tronka is your main can not become mains later.
