Steppe armour:
Horn Bow + Gold
Black Armour + Gold
Did some fidling and I can pretty much maintain max speed, not exactly my perfect set but pretty damn good
Hit me with a number for the gold and we can start to work something out, that is unless of course both those items completely don't float your boat.
