This. Looking at the screenshots hurts my eyes, let alone playing for an hour, or so with it.

AA without ingame settings sounds great though.

I think my game much more beautiful with these parameters ..

the textures are more refined and detailed, the brightness and colors are more natural.

maybe it depands your config or your screen settings.
For my part, I had to look for a good hour before finding the right setting.
after, I do not do anything to set your screens, config or eyes ... 


ps: you can change the settings in the FXAA_Tool.exe, it can help.
