I hear non sports fans/other people erroneously toss out this assumption every year. NBA 2K12 and 2k11 feel totally different. If the games really were carbon copies of one another, their sales would have declined a long time ago. It gets more and more realistic each year. The roster of current players is also updated in accordance with the actual trades made in the NBA,Injuries received and also changes players' stats in accordance to how good their season is, so it constantly updates itself. Also, the different game modes added in are greatly built off of last year, but are ten times better and the graphics are much more detailed and realistic. I'd buy an annual NBA game over the same trite, unoriginal shit the Call of Duty series has been spitting out, but I don't think you're that much of a basketball fan, so I don't expect you to understand our geeky obsession with this series. I was going to go to the gym fifteen minutes ago but then I read this. Way to make me go on a tangent.
