The only problem is time, I don't really have the time to slow roast a big piece of ham.
Sandwiches take me 5minutes to make and 5 minutes to eat. It's the best when I'm doing work.
I do agree though, a slow roasted ham is absolutely delicious.. Throw some sliced pineapple on it as well.. oh god.
This gives me an idea for my next sandwich! Slice some pineapple into it.
Sounds like it will be a decent replacement for the jalapenos just to mix it up a little.
@Kesh - Not really, because I don't over eat. I usually don't eat breakfast because I have class in the morning, so I'm really hungry around 12:00 and I usually bring a Fiber1 bar with me to hold me over until around 1:00 or 2:00 when I get home and I chow down on a delicious sandwich. I also have hyperactive thyroid, so my metabolism is incredibly quick even with the medication I take.
