Changed gold level, made bear brighter, and also added stars (he's wearing star sunglasses and has an additional star to cover his small bear weenie)

One thought is that in game on armor you might find the bear to be too big and you might just see a big purple blob. Test it out - but making it somewhat smaller might help. I usually try to have most of my designs centered and relatively small on the banner itself so that they fit in the overhead teammate icon, and are fully visible on the heraldic, and shields etc...
