Well i think it should be done by someone who is more experienced in these things and someone who wont be participating himself (presumably an infantry guy  ) so he can be focused on refereeing and maintaining order on the server.

I can't really promise a recording, however,  for my pc being a complete piece of crap.
 Unless you want dx7 footage with a graphics mod that dumbs the game down even more, for large numbers.

Imo look for somebody, if this will happen of course, that would record the event too, preferably from an outside-perspective.

I'm cav, but I have fraps and graphical mods installed on my computer. I'd be willing to sit it out and record some videos perhaps. Although, I'm not great with editing software.
