Installed and used autoblock. Any other game and you would be banned, no second chances. How can you trust someone who installs cheats? And then let them get banned multiple times and post racist comments repeatedly?

You obviously want to unban him, do what you want but it makes the community look bad

Well there's your answer, curiosity killed the cat and in this case, he got away with a broken leg and continued to break the others. He's got his neck left and he better be careful.

The problem with perma-banning people with using the autoblocker were very numerous, if you tried it for a couple of hours, in this persons case, it was no more than curiosity to see how something works, it's human nature.

Nonetheless, thank you for proving me wrong, I did attempt to find that thread but was unable to find it.

90% of the people who were unbanned from that point have not committed another offence, they took their second chance and avoided any more trouble however, in this case, he didn't but once again, without justifying anything that this person has done, there aren't many people who have been perma banned and if you're involved with the community enough, i'm sure you can name all those people and what they did.

As I have said, Dalb is on his final chance, there is nothing other than being a model player that could keep him playing cRPG and, as i'm sure everyone already knows, and he himself will explicitly know, he is on his final chance and i'll leave it at that. It's just a nice way to reitterate that point. Take my word for it, he won't offend anymore whether or not that's after his final ban given his release after this essay.

Ban logs state he has been banned 7 times including this one and no where in the logs (that I have access to) does it even red flag him as possibly using a hack.

Secondly, everything stops him, trust the devs to know who has a new account, they have ways of making you talk... I mean, they have ways of knowing who you are, it's pretty simple really, they know if someones on the same IP, they know if you've been perma-banned and buy a new CD Key, and they'll know to be harsh about it if it's what they were originally banned for. Everyone deserves a second chance if they've bought a new Key but they have no right to do what they have again and there is no chance that they will be able to.

Finally, this fellow, as I already said, has not been red flagged (on the logs that I have access to) as a hacker, one of the higher access admins such as Meow maybe able to tell you otherwise but I doubt that he will have been banned for hacking without it being logged for all admins to see.

Tenne when this guy started appearing after he said he came back after beeing banned for autohack. HE have said countless times that he have been banned for autohack and the other things that have been "talked" about in this thread.

I was assigned a 500 word long essay and that's about the length of this essay.

Read the first page, I've already addressed the poll issue. It's apparently impossible to edit a poll into an existing thread (or this forum being read-only prevents me from doing it)

What Dalb says is true Alex, please don't intefere.

Effectively I am waiting for a little bit more feedback. I shall leave this for another few days before making a final decision but as I have said previously provided he is unbanned.

I know you want to play but there is a minimum time frame for being banned since it's repeat offences.

But the opposite of 9 warnings before a perma is admins ban-hammering every single minor offensive like a facist empire.

have to find a balance.
I like the 3 strike system,
its based from baseball, which is based from w.e sport we stole that from,
and is used even today in the U.S. judicial system for criminal offenses,
3rd strike being life, here being perma.
It's not the size of the stick that matters, but who's swinging it.
