Round starts, CON_Robert_Namo starts pummeling me.  No reason, right from spawn.  I lose 1/5 my hp per hit.  I got mad a swung back, but he killed me.

Next round he starts chasing me again.  I backed off, he followed repeatedly.  Finally i just killed him.

Then he threatens to get me banned.  Really aggravating since he started it, killed me and continued it, literally chasing me for no reason.

Next round ends.

Then I get kicked fomr the server... losing my 4x.  Wonderful.  Griefed and punished.  I asked if any admin was on, Man of war of Chaos was but he said he didnt kick me.  I dunno who did.

If the administrators were on, why weren't they helping you with the issue? Did you not report the "pummeling" incident in 'i' chat to the administrators?

From what i saw, the first round(of this incident) you hit Namo and he defended himself from you. Next round you hit him on spawn, and then he followed you(not hitting you) and you tk him. Next round, you go leech behind a tree and Namo QMLs you and gets a multi. I'd say, you were in the wrong, but, that's what i saw.

Just check the logs.  I dont have steam for SS.  I did not start this. He started it and continued it, pursuing me.  Yes I got mad and defended myself.  Just wanted him to stop wounding me from the start.

No sir. It was from the start of the round I just started running.  Then from behind I was hit repeatedly with fists, losing hp.  I did not even swing that round until after I was attacked by  him.

Next round I literally walked to the right side away from him.  He followed me swinging at me... he chased me.  He had two guys with the same flag next to him the second round, but they didnt attack me.  But I didnt know what they were gonna do.

I clearly was not leaching. I had kills and deaths and was near the enemy spawn.  The enemy had 5 left and we had 20 something all attacking them.  It was clearly over.  I alt tabbed to type this thread.  Which didnt take 20-30 seconds to type up, I tabbed back in and was kicked about 1-2 seconds later.  If I was qml-ed then I saw no red text for leech warning.  If it was Namo... seems a bit rediculous that he can team wound, team kill, then accuse me of causing it, then qml me when I tab to report it. 

For the record, I don't leech.  I fight until I die.

That's what I saw. Arys shows the tk you did on namo, so i guess, you are wrong? Either way, i'd just say drop it.

Sir, you are just absolutely wrong.  You either did not see him attacking me from spawn or choose not to report it.

Namo was pursuing me and wounding me.  And, to add to it, qmled me so I lost my multi when I tabed (at end of round when we clearly had 20+ ppl to their 5) to report the griefing.  And it literally didnt take but 20-30 seconds for me to type my post.  So he was very eager to jump on it evidently.

Due to a lack of evidence on your part, there isn't really much that can be done. For future reference, PrtScr key on your keyboard copies all the current screen data(kinda like taking a screen shot) so that you can paste it into ms paint or some other photo editing program, save it, then upload it to a website and link it to us here. Though I'd always try to tell an admin about it in 'i' chat first.

I've left him alone.  Not said anything to him.  Not messed with him in anyway.

Start of this round he starts pumeling people for the first full minute.  I can only take one SS at a time so, just note the timer.  He *only* hit me once in this occasion (I just happened to be wearing more armor, which I usually dont & I didnt say a word to him, I just SS), but hit several others as seen.  Note the time also for how long from the start he had been doing that.

Its interesting that no matter what - you make me out to be the villain, even tho the pictures show him attacking people.  Could it be that you are saying anything u can to defend him.. even if its not true?

Accidental team wounds/kills happen (tho people could be more careful).  But the intentional ones just dont need to happen.

Well if Robert gets the ban, you should as well, because you admitted to revenge team wounding / killing, therefore by your own admission you should receive punishment.

To arys:  I don't have a problem with receiving punishment.  I retaliated the first time because of repeated pummeling by him on me from behind which took a large portion of my health.  I was even "punished" in that he snuck in a qml and made me lose my 4x. 

I am trying to not retaliate, even though he has repeatedly acted like a troll.  My whole point in all of this is to simply get him to stop team wounding.  If he had done it accidentally during combat I would not have said/posted anything.  But this was not only intentional but repeated that day and other days, against me and others. 

To bear:  You evidently think that as long as someone has "enough" armor to negate most of the damage its ok to team wound. Perhaps you think its okay, but I doubt that will fly with the admins.  And if you cared enough to comment, you should at least read my previous post where I state that I normally wear less armor (and thus take even more damage from even being punched).


Bottom line, I'm not asking Namo to uninstall.  I'm just asking for him to stop the intentional team wounding.  If he would stop then there would be no issue to report, no screenshots to take, no posts for me to make.  Perhaps you should speak with Namo about this instead of blaming me & drawing even more attention to the issue.  You probably haven't considered that in posting more and more here you actually inflame the issue and draw more attention.  Instead of trippn, ask Namo to chill.  End of story.
