Hmm... It appears that i made this sound mod on another computer which I cannot access atm.

If anyone who uses this could upload "fixedarrowhit.rar" from their downloads folder and send me the link I'll put it in the OP.

If you don't have the rar file, pm me and I'll give you instructions on what to do.
