Strat action menu not coming up?

Is this just me or is there a larger issue going on?  I was able to get there at work, now at home I can't.  I cleared out all my internet files and still can't get there

Still can't accept people...the whole point of me leaving work an hour before the battle was to recruit people from the battle server to sign up for me...still can't accept people and my match starts in 2 mins

Guess it will be more delay tactics instead of actual fighting.

I guess it's general, but it's not cool for your battle, 2 bugs in a raw.

strat also seems paused, my char doesn't seem to move.
ah ok, i am moving, but yes strat menu is off

ah seems fixed now alltogether

Glitch 1 - I was in Reyvadin and was still attacked (I was able to keep crafting equipment for the battle like a courser and heavy lance)
Glitch 2 - I can't accept people into the battle for 45 mins before hand because of the strat action page down...

If the strat action page is down the battles should be paused too.
