Strangelove were a criminally overlooked britpop band who never really got their big breakthrough. I met their frontman Patrick Duff for the first time a couple of years ago, and we struck up a great friendship. As you can probably judge by his wild-eyed appearance in the video, he used to suffer from terrible drug and alcohol addiction as well as depression, and it's a miracle he's still alive. He's completely clean now, though, and has transformed into an almost completely different man. To someone who suffers from chronic depression like myself, he's a great inspiration.
