that would be cool right. have it randomly affect an area lowering prosperity, npc population numbers and to a lessor degree troop strength. Would make for an interesting dynamic. Can attack when people are lowered in numbers due to plague but hope and pray your army does not get it.

Syphilis!  The whores in Sargoth will spread it through our troops to the rest of Calradia, I think half our guys are already infected at this point.
