Actually I respecced to dedicated archer 3 months ago.  I am still level 34 with 16 million to go for level 35.  I am rank 2, Goretooth is rank 1, he likely is level 35 now and the only one.

Oh, and it actually is possible to get to level 36 (440 million xp), it just will take a year of playing or more (or if strategus xp ever becomes decent, then less).

lol, no, I've been playing since Aug. 2010, i respecced down from level 35 to level 34 3 months ago and only now am getting close to 35
