In order to organise the event, each continent has to come up with a roster somehow. Sharing lists like that is a way to do it. This is not an e-peen contest, this is not about who's better than who.

And anyway, it is likely that on a given date and hour, not even half of the 60 chosen people will be there, so we need many many substitutes. With that many people, the skill level will be over-average, not ultra-1337

I personally consider this more like a show.

Funny how already there is far more infighting and ego strutting amongst EU players then the united NA.  Also stop shit posting about how "this is never gonna happen"  it was suggested like a day ago and we just came up with decent rosters.  We could organize these events for a weekend afternoon for us/early evening for you guys or something whenever, if people step up for the hosting.

No NA player posted on this thread during the early morning, how surprising  :o

'We just came up with decent rosters'. Compiling a list of players is useless, half of them aren't going to show up. The battle will be at a weird time, cause we are dealing with a 6 hour time difference between these continents.

Set a date and time, let people sign up and then pick the best out of the signups. Who should do the picking? Get a few active and experienced teamworkers and they can put a nice team together.

Most EU folk I talk to forget about Canada for some odd reason, despite a very large amount of the NA players being Canadian (and that on a map, Canada takes up a rather obvious chunk of North America).
I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.

Is there anybody actively doing anything about this? because i see alot of posts saying to appoint leaders/generals/councils to give out spaces on the teams but havnt seen any progress. My worry is that this thread is just gonna be all talk with no actual action.

We find people willing to let use their servers, preferably east coast USA servers and west coast Europe servers, then we make a thread where people can sign up for America or sign up for defeat, set a date and uh, people to be determined later or something (captains) can decide on final team members of people who show up, based on whatever player limit we decide.

I've organized plenty of cRPG bullshit so I'll help out

Bring out the vote. Let people nominate themselves and then lets have a vote.

3-5 people with most vote form the "board" and they pick their team?
