Allow rollback for respec.

If the database isn't huge enough could we add a onstep rollback to respec option? That might come in very handy for stupid idiots like me.

My archer alt was about lvl30½. I went to respec so I could change to a HA (I know, me a HA  ). I did everything or so I thought but in game I noticed that I couldn't use my bow. I completely forgot to add PD to the character. I was wondering why the build seemed so good but those extra points should've all been PD. So I had to respec again and lose half xp and stuff again. You really shouldn't use that function if you've just woken up.
