I have no dealings with Thomek, being positive or negative.  Kicking someone who is a horse archer, and is fighting people 1v20 at the end of the round is not delaying, and does not deserve a kick.  This is documented abuse of his power.  The screenshots even show the guy killing 2 people, and being chased by up to 3 or 4 horsemen.  Not to mention master of the flag spawns if the last guy alive is a horse archer/xbow and it's less than like 4 minutes left in the round. 

Aside from the anecdotal evidence without proof people are accusing Thomek of (which sounds pretty damning, if true), this incident should be punished based on what I've seen brought forward.

Things are different on this side of the ocean. While Shik changes his admins like socks, cmp&chadz choose admins rarely and almost never replace them. I'm not saying that Shik is wrong and that cmp&chadz are right or the other way around, I'm saying that criteria is different.

Also, when Nuffen incident happened chadz said that was the last time he's gonna relegate an admin. He also was very mad at the community about that. We'll see what he thinks now.

For many people Nuffen was the worst enemy. Reality is, that we lost pretty damn active admin and that quality of adminship on EU servers is in decline since then.

There were two exceptions, Wookiemonsta and Nuffen.

I think Nebun was trial admin for a short period of time but he probably lost it because of Strategus.

Not sure how I got it.  There was a week where I went a little ape shit posting pictures and telling people to post in the right section.  I posted a lot of pictures that talked shit to all the cry babies whining for nerfs.  But I thought my 1000's of other, relevant, logical, and on-topic posts would have made it obvious that I'm not a shit poster (even if you disagree with what I say).

My other theory is that since I'm such a big forum whore and most of my posts are relatively "serious", with thought put into them, that they gave me the title to try and troll me (which worked).

Either way I don't care about a forum title, but no admin should be immune to criticism.  I'm not suggesting Thomek lose his admin over the incident, but one of the devs should probably at least address it with him.

What was removed was the community voting on potentially abusive admins since people mainly nominated them for trolling purposes or personal problems with the admin, then grouped up to get him voted out, didn't even try to hide that.

Now we got this forum so those people can vent and that's pretty much it.

If admins fuck up big time they will be told and it probably won't happen again, don't think anyone except the overlords are save from removal on a major screwup.

Not sure how many NA admins actually got removed but I think most of those that went back to being players did that voluntarily because they had less fun playing as admins so new ones were needed, we had that with EU admins as well.

   I dunno, I think the simple fact that there's a thread begging for admins in Siege mode for over 7 months now, with NO (mainly) siege playing admin being implemented is pretty much self-explanatory of how Administration is handled here (EU).

It's disappointing.

HOW can anyone say that if Thomek was no longer an admin we would LOSE anything? Ok, sure, we would see less shoddily written red text on our screens late at night when he comes home drunk and wants to flex muscle, but other than that, we would lose NOTHING. He does nothing positive unless it also is to HIS advantage.
