I think he purposely left off a large majority of armor crutchers...
Maybe there is some formula: (Benefit - (Armor Value x # of times you got scrubbed) + Wiegraf factor)/ Strength Build = Game changing ability

TLDR, but as always any list made by some noob is inconsequential, the names on the critical threat list made me laugh tho, thanks for that lol

PS "Formula for "best ingame list"=(1st litter the list with 30-50% of your own clan especially scrubby ones at the highest level)  +  (then add some guys the actual best NA guys dispatch easily) + (oh yea put someone like Rhade/Carebear/Anyone Arguably best ingame at bottom)=PROFIT
