Use the same CD key for your game, and create new characters with the same name before joining a server.

Hey,
your exp/Item/gold/stats/... are saved online. So you have nothing what is local saved. So there is no need for you to transfer. The only thing to do is, install the game on your new computer and use the same serial key.

You will have to redo their appearances, sowwy.

I had to do that when I reformatted my computer last week.
