From what I remember its a guy with down syndrome with his carer and he randomly decides to kick that kid (my guess is he thought he was trying to cut in line) and the kids dad ofc is pissed.
If his fatass carer was less intrested in where her fries where and more attentive to the downie, he might not have got himself knocked the fuck out.
