Problem is, developers of this mod probably think that kill rewarding is not good for this particular stuff, with which i would have to agree. But, let me mention the usual evolution of cRPG player:
Firstly, your char is born as a noob, especially if you start out alone, with no one to tell you how to do stuff and so on. You just go there, swing as retard trying to hit something, you get killed fast, you barely damage anyone, you get some teamkills as soon as you get somewhat better weapon and stats. You want to get kills, so you are pretty reckless.
Then you get to second phase, being the "careful" guy. You had some TKs and THs behind you, aswell as some kill, and you know that it helps if you do not kill ur friends now, so you start being overly safe, not swinging in group situations, being a good supporter role and all, but barely scoring any frags. From here there are two ways you can end up.
Either you become somewhat good, pay attention to surroundings, teammates, you even avoid walking behind teammates with chambered weapons, you can swing safely mostly, you are getting kills, you survive rounds and you help your teammates.
Or, you just do not give a shit anymore and just spam whatever you like wherever you like, you get a lot of kills, both enemies and friends.
In any case, sorry for wall of text, i guess my shift was way too boring, what i wanted to say: in other games the kill rewarding might be good, but it would for sure ruin this mod.
